Vaust

Ironhand 9880,9943, The Hissing Lobster

Eigengrau's face was a bright red as she ran through the woods. She couldn't believe it, and had her apprentice to thank for this. If she had children with Vaust, every single one of them would be full-fledged Gods, nothing like Vordea's experiments over the years.

By the time she reached the Inn, it was late evening, and the Inn was still quite busy. She didn't care, and slammed the door open to the shock of some of the guests, her face bright red and expression full of lust.

"Is that Eigengrau?" Someone whispered.

"She looks different."

Eigengrau marched straight up to Vaust's bar counter, and sat in her reserved seat. She stared at him with eyes full of lust and hunger, and he felt slightly uneasy, as even though her eyes were pure black orbs, he knew that look on anybody's face.

"What's got you so worked up?" Vaust asked, after a moment. "I know a look of lust on anyone's face."

"Put a baby in me, right now." Eigengrau whispered after reaching across the counter and pulling him over the counter by his collar. "Fill me with new Gods."

"The Inn is still open, Eigen." Vaust whispered back to her. "We'll discuss this in the room."

"Hurry up." Eigengrau replied, nibbling on his ear, before releasing him and walking into the kitchen.

After she left, Vaust looked around and noticed nearly everyone seemed to be staring at him. He thought for a moment on how to address this, before the obvious answer came to him.

"What, can't a man have a lover?" He shouted with a huff, before going back to washing his bar counter.

The tavern was quiet for a moment before it burst into an explosion of questions directed at Vaust about his relationship with Eigengrau. It was perfect, business would be booming for years over that single line. Everybody in the tavern wanted to know why the Goddess of Death was his lover now, it was the perfect misdirection from himself.
