The infamous “Phantom Thief”, Rebecca has been behind or at least been accused of some of the most difficult heists in history. As tales of her exploits date back more than 130 years, there are some who are convinced she either made a deal with a demon, or somehow stole the concept of immortality itself. She has not been active lately, though rumours have it she has been seen in the company of Father DeFountain in recent years, fuelling speculation she may have retired.

Infamously cruel and cold-hearted, at least to the nobility, she has made it no secret she has plans to unify the long chaotic South into a single polity, and the professional soldiers of County Lichfield are up to the task. Rumours are unconfirmed of her involvement in the assassination of King Gregory of Whitemire. With the Baron of Thorns allying with her, her nascent Empire is quickly coming into focus, with sightings of the Duke of Westham and other major regional powers in Lichfield.
