"Yes, she thought you might be curious about that word." Vaust said, nodding, later that night when Yurn came downstairs to inquire. "I'm not sure of the specifics of how, but Gustav has managed to make dead animals move again, like they're alive."
Yurn paled at the thought. "Surely such a thing is an abomination against the Gods!"
Vaust smiled inwardly. If only Yurn knew. "Perhaps, but as you told me, Sirene points out he has broken no law."
"Still, Sir Innkeeper, my oath of justice demands restitution for the poor woodland animals he has experimented on." Yurn said, standing up straight and beating his chest once. "I will depart in the morning to seek this man out."
"Justice, huh?" Vaust asked.
"Yes, I am a Templar of Sargon." Yurn answered.
"I wish you luck, Sir Yurn." Vaust replied with a bow. "It's nearly midnight, you should get some rest."
"I suppose you're right." Yurn said, turning to go back upstairs. "Goodnight, Innkeeper."
"Goodnight, Yurn."
