Part 2

Eigengrau was waiting for them when they returned from the black void, with crossed arms and an expression on her face, which in of itself was unusual.

"Apprentice." She said flatly, but with a feeling of hostility behind it. "You will not be given that spell for parlour tricks. You used a slow time bubble, alternatively."

"Master, with all due respect, fuck off." Sirene said, stretching her arms. "I get to choose what I use All Stop for."

"Excuse me?" Eigengrau replied, with some inflection creeping into her voice, causing Hamlin to motion for everyone else to back off. Eigengrau dropped to the floor with a thud, and ice shot out from her feet, and instead of the usual circle around her, made a direct line for Sirene and froze her up to her waist. 

"Oh, got you mad didn't I?" Sirene replied, smirking. "What's the matter, your liar's face cracking? Slipping a bit?" Sirene said, taunting Eigengrau. "Guess you couldn't have known, but I promised Rebecca something big on your behalf. You better be ready to fulfill it."

Eigengrau's eye twitched, but only slightly. "Of course you did. We will discuss your usage of All Stop later. Vordea is already demanding answers, should I just direct her to you?"

Sirene stopped smiling upon hearing the last sentence. "What? Master, you told me it stopped everything."

It was Eigengrau's turn to gloat. She cracked a smile, revealing her jagged teeth. "It does not work on Primal Gods, least of all Vordea. Her power is quite literally infinite, you stupid, stupid Apprentice. Rest assured, you will be punished for this, and for the 4000 year old grudge you are forcing me to settle with all the other Gods. We had all been quietly ignoring it for millennia, but now, well, there will be consequences. Rest assured."

Eigengrau slowly faded from view, but left her ice behind. Sirene looked down at her legs and sighed, before punching at the ice a few times, to no effect.

"Hamlin, help me out here?" Sirene called out to Hamlin, who was at the staircase with the rest of the party hiding behind him. "Seems I actually got emotions out of her and she's pissed at me."
