Notes on ghosts

Can't be seen by anyone except Gods, Dragons, the Fey (all spirits and fairies), Rusalki, and other ghosts
Can't touch anything except those who can see them
People who've had near death experiences can talk to them but can't see them
Can only move on once the ties that anchor them to the mortal plane are resolved through time or action
Can move through solid objects, but can't move through solid ground
Don't need to sleep, some still like to lay down and just think for a couple hours at night
sexual urges are tied to the soul, so horny ghosts exist
Eigengrau can't force a ghost to move on until it's ready to
Exorcists don't work to drive them out of places, only people
Almost nobody knows about number 9
Possession is possible, but the ghost has to think to try it
If a ghost's soul is powerful enough, it can permanently possess a living person until the body dies
The person will have no idea they are being possessed, and will think the actions are logical and in character with how they would act
Are bound to their place of death (within 3km) unless they possess someone
