Eras

Stone Age: up to Ironhand 1614
Bronze Age: Ironhand 1614 to Ironhand 7461
Iron Age: Ironhand 7461 to Ironhand 8114

Real world parallels:

I combined Copper and Bronze Ages into one, the real world bronze age lasted about 2000 years, and the copper age also around 2000 years.

Real world Bronze + Copper: Approx. 4000 years.

Karand Bronze Age: ~5900 years.

The Iron Age conversely is a bit accelerated, as thanks to magic, once the concept of forging iron was invented, it rapidly accelerated progress to a more early middle ages period (think speedrunning 8th century BC to 10th century Europe in 6 centuries instead of 18).

A side effect is things kind of stagnated from the 81st century until the 92nd century, referred to by Dwarven and Human historians as the "Millennium of Rest". A kind of missing middle where basically nothing happened, and the world was seemingly stuck in this ~12th century technological stasis, until it started to lurch forward again once the Kingdom of Gilnas was founded.
