The most horrific punishment that exists in Hell is to be turned into one of Xellma's Dolls. These lifeless automatons exist only for the amusement of the demons and freed souls, and are unable to disobey any instruction given, no matter how depraved.

Notes on Specific Dolls

Victoria Valorian: After her sentence was served, Xellma was completely unsurprised to find her constantly seeking out children to have fun with. As there are no punished children that Xellma is aware of, Xellma has settled on punishing Victoria every time she hurts them too severely by dolling her for increasing periods of time. She usually gives her to the sex criminals, but this time she's being assigned to Xolarand.

Syndra Valmaris: For the highest crime of refusing to be Judged, Syndra has been made permanently a doll, but only from the neck down, as a special service for Verka Ashe.
